Export a contract
Download contract text or workflow data, or save a Markdown copy to project Drive.
Open the contract from the Projects Hub. Readers with project access and active Platform and Autopilot Contracts licenses can download available exports. Saving to Drive requires Contributor access or higher in the workspace and project.
Download or save a copy
- Choose Export.
- Choose Download Markdown or Download Word for a clean document containing the title, sections, and section content.
- For sections and workflow data, choose CSV or TSV for table data, or JSON for a structured data file, under Structured export. Then select Download export.
Contributors can also Save Markdown to Drive. Set a relative destination path ending in .md and choose the Collision policy, which determines what happens if a file already exists at that path, before saving. Version suffix creates a separately named copy when the destination already exists. Overwrite replaces the existing destination file. Merge does not combine Markdown content: if a file already occupies the destination, the save is rejected. Choose a different path or policy when that happens, and check the save result before leaving.
If saving or downloading fails, read the message and retry the failed action. Check Drive for the saved file and open the downloaded copy to confirm it contains what you need. See contract activity for recorded changes.
