Create a project
Set up a project space for assessments, supporting files, and the people doing the work.
Create a project when a review needs its own files, assessments, and collaborators. A project name and description are required.
- Open the Projects Hub in Sorena and check the workspace name.
- Choose New Project.
- Enter a Name and Description that help colleagues recognize the work.
- If the whole workspace should have a default level of access, open Advanced options and review Default workspace sharing.
- Select Create. Sorena opens the new project.

The name can contain up to 80 characters and the description up to 280. Keep the description specific enough to distinguish this project from other reviews.
Bring in the people and material
A project admin or owner can use Members to add workspace users or teams and choose their project roles. For people who have not joined the workspace yet, send a workspace invitation first.
Use project members and sharing to grant access, and project settings to rename a project or review its deletion impact.
Open the project's Drive to upload supporting files. To begin a review, choose New artifact > Assessment and create an assessment. The creation options shown depend on your project access and the workspace's licenses.
Find an existing project
Use Search projects in the Projects Hub. Check the role filter if an expected project is absent, and clear filters before creating a duplicate. You can switch between grid and list views or sort by last updated, name, or creation date.
If Sorena reports that the project was created but workspace sharing could not be set, open the project's Settings and review sharing there. The project already exists; you do not need to create it again.
Continue work inside a project
The project's artifact list holds assessments, contracts, organizational documents, and timelines. Find and choose an artifact, open Drive for supporting material, or open Activity to trace changes. Project access and the workspace's licenses determine which actions appear.
Project risk counts link to the risk register for the project. The over appetite and overdue badges open the corresponding filtered risk views. You can also open the Risk register and select the project filter. When available, Copilot starts research with this project selected.
