Find information

Search across your workspace or narrow the search inside projects, assessments, and the Drive.

Use the app's search when you know a name or subject but do not know where it lives. Open Sorena, then open Search in the header, or press Command+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on other computers.

  1. Choose a search scope.
  2. Enter a name, title, or phrase.
  3. Review the result's type and context, then open the matching result. You can use the up and down keys to move between results and Enter to open one.

Search results depend on your access and the workspace's available features. Searching more broadly does not grant access to another project's material.

Global searches the selected workspace and available public sources. It does not search every workspace you belong to. Switch workspaces first when you need another team's material. On a small screen, Public is the shortened label for Public libraries.

Results are grouped by source. Use the section shortcuts to jump to a group and Load more to see additional matches from that source. A source that reports a search error may have missing results even while other groups succeed; use its retry action before changing your search.

Narrow a search where you work

In Projects Hub, use Search projects and check the role filter. Inside an assessment, combine question search with status, compliance, reviewer, or area filters. In the project's Drive, search for files and check folder and status filters.

These page-specific filters help when you already know the project or type of record. Clear old filters if results appear unexpectedly narrow.

If you get no results

Check the selected workspace, shorten the search, or try a distinctive word from the title. Switch scope if you were searching public material from the workspace scope. If a search section reports an error, retry that section before treating it as an empty result.

If a colleague can see a record that you cannot open, ask the project or workspace admin to check access. Contact support if the record remains unavailable after access is confirmed.
