Project and artifact activity
Trace changes, filter history, and inspect the events behind project work.
Open the Projects Hub, select a project, and choose Activity for project-wide history. Use an artifact's Activity control for changes to that artifact. Assessment items also have an Activity action for their own events. You need access to the project and the relevant artifact.
Find a change
- Choose All activity, Active, or Dismissed to set the history scope.
- Choose Newest first or Oldest first.
- Use My activity to focus on your own actions where available.
- Open Filters to select an event type or person and a From and Through date. Activity date filters use UTC.
- In project history, use the resource-type filter when you need a particular kind of project change.
- Open an event to read its details. Load more entries when the event you need is older than the displayed list.
The person choices reflect people named in the loaded activity. Clear filters or load more history if the expected person is absent.
Artifact history and active events
The assessment's activity dialog focuses on active artifact events. Use its full-history link for older and dismissed entries. In full artifact history, choose All changes, Artifact changes, or Item changes to narrow the source of changes. Contracts and organizational documents provide activity views suited to their own sections and review work.
Dismissal affects which events appear in an active view. Include dismissed entries when checking the history of a previously reviewed issue. For risk handling, use the risk controls linked from the artifact rather than treating an activity filter as a risk decision.
Refresh or recover
Choose Refresh to check for new activity. If a request fails, use Try again. If no entries match, choose Clear filters and widen the date range before concluding that there is no history.
An activity link can belong to another workspace. Check the selected workspace and your access if Sorena reports Workspace unavailable. Return to Projects and open the project from the correct workspace if the original link is no longer accessible.
