Export an assessment
Download all assessment items or the filtered set, with optional comments and activity.
You can export assessment items as CSV, TSV, or JSON if you can read the assessment and the workspace has assessment access.
- Open the Projects Hub, select the project and assessment. If you want a subset, apply the search and filters first.
- Choose the header's Export assessment control.
- Select CSV, TSV, or JSON. CSV works with spreadsheet applications; TSV is useful for pasting into a spreadsheet; JSON preserves structured data.
- Leave Export all items selected for the entire assessment. Clear it to export the filtered items, then check the active-filter summary in the dialog.
- Select Include events if the download should include comments and activity events.
- Choose Export CSV, Export TSV, or Export JSON. Sorena downloads the file when the export completes.
The default is to export all items even when the page is filtered. Check that choice each time you need a filtered handover. The dialog lists the filters that will apply, including status, compliance, area, search, and assignee when selected.
If the export fails
Keep the assessment open and retry. If the message asks you to review filters, clear or adjust them and reopen the export dialog. If the assessment is no longer available, refresh and confirm your project access.
Before sharing the download, check that its scope and included comments match what the recipient should receive. For a recurring problem, send support the message and steps you took.
