Contract activity
Read contract changes, filter recorded events, and follow links to affected content.
Open the contract from the Projects Hub. In More contract actions, choose Activity. Reading history requires project access and active Platform and Autopilot Contracts licenses.
Activity records changes to sections, review, risks, sources, and parties. Read the actor, action, affected item, and any status transition together. Follow the available item link to inspect the current clause or related record; its current state can differ from an earlier event.
Choose Activity scope to show Whole contract or a particular section. When you switch to a section, Sorena clears activity kinds that are unavailable for section history and keeps the other filters. If that section has been removed, the page explains that it is showing the whole contract history.
Use All entries, Active, or Dismissed to choose which records to include. Open Narrow activity to select Kind of activity, People in loaded activity, From date, or To date. The people selector lists people found in loaded records, while selected filters apply to the entire history. Dates use Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Clear filters restores the unfiltered list.
Use Previous or Next to move through matching events and check the page and matching-event count. If there are no matches, broaden the filters before concluding that no changes were recorded.
When viewing activity for a selected section, the list covers that section. Where an event offers Dismiss or Restore, Contributors with editing access can use the offered action and check its result. Dismissing an event does not undo the recorded contract change.
If history cannot load or refresh, use Try again. Already loaded records can remain visible after a refresh failure, so check the message before treating the list as current. Return to clause review to make a new decision or revision.
