Workspace

Invite people

Send an invitation, check its status, and give a teammate access to the project they need.

Workspace admins and owners can invite people. Only an owner can invite another owner.

  1. Check the selected workspace, then open Workspace.
  2. Open Invites.
  3. Enter the person's full name and email, choose their role, then select Invite.
  4. Check the invitation in the list. The recipient needs to open their invitation and accept it using the invited email.

Use Reader for someone who needs to view work, or Contributor for someone who needs to contribute. Give Admin or Owner access only to people who should manage the workspace. Select from the roles Sorena offers for your account.

Invite several people

Under Bulk invite, paste email addresses or upload a TXT, CSV, TSV, or XLSX file. Choose the default role and select Send bulk invites. Review the result for invitations that were sent and rows that need correction. A role supplied in a file row can override the default, so check it before submitting.

Check an invitation

Use the role and status filters to find an invitation. The actions offered for a pending invitation let you update it, resend it, or cancel it. Before resending, confirm the email address with the recipient and ask them to check their spam folder.

After the person joins, check Workspace > Users. Workspace membership and project membership are separate: a project admin or owner may still need to add the person or their team to the project's Members area.

If Invites is missing, ask a workspace admin or owner to send the invitation. If the recipient cannot accept it, have them follow sign-in help or contact support.

Find an existing member

Open Users, search by name or email, and use the role filters to narrow the list. Active shows current accounts, Deactivated shows inactive accounts, and All shows both. Check the selected workspace before changing a person's role.

For role changes, account deactivation, work transfer, and permanent deletion, follow Deactivate or remove a member. These actions have different effects on the person's access and saved work.
