Assessment monitoring and context
Control monitoring after file changes and save the background and objective used for assessment work.
Open the Projects Hub, select the assessment, and choose Settings. Changing monitoring and context requires Contributor access or higher in both the workspace and project, with active Platform and Assessment licenses.
Enable or disable monitoring
In Monitoring, use Continuous AI Monitoring to enable or disable monitoring for compliance changes and policy violations. When enabled, changes to Drive files and seed or exclusion files trigger monitoring.
The switch saves automatically. Wait for the confirmation and check the Enabled or Disabled label. If saving fails, check the restored state before retrying. Review any resulting answers and risks; monitoring does not record a human approval.
Edit context
- Open Context and read Assessment Context, which describes the scope and purpose. Correct AI-generated background that does not fit the assessment.
- Edit Operation Objective to describe the intended outcome of the assessment work.
- Choose Save or Save Context Changes, then wait for Context saved. These fields support Markdown for headings and lists.
Refresh reloads saved context. Save changes you want to keep before using it or closing settings. If saving fails, read the error and check the saved content before trying again. Changing context does not confirm that existing answers have been regenerated; run Autopilot when you need further processing, then review the results.
