Read a template version
Inspect the content and version used by an assessment before reusing its library source.
Open Artifacts, choose the assessment, then open the library item it refers to. Your workspace needs Platform and Assessment access. The item page is read-only and shows a particular version, its artifact type, classification, categories, content, and available author and usage details.
Use the assessment title reference to find questionnaire sources. IMS document templates have their own catalog and revision records; opening an assessment library version does not change an IMS template or its project content.
Check the version before reusing it
- Read the name, description, and Version badge.
- Check whether the page reports Archived version.
- Read Content and the categories to confirm the template fits your work.
- Use Back to assessment to return to the assessment's template selection or review.

An archived version remains readable for reference and cannot be selected as an active template. An empty content body is reported as No content available; it does not mean that the page failed to load.
Resolve an unavailable template link
The link may belong to a different workspace. Switch to the workspace that owns the assessment and reopen the item there. If the page reports that the item was removed or is no longer available, return to the assessment and review the available templates. If you lack access or the workspace lacks the assessment artifact library entitlement, ask a workspace administrator to review access.
For a temporary load error, use the offered retry action or return to the assessment and open the item later. You cannot edit, restore, or activate a version from this reader.
