Preview and review gap repairs

Check proposed content changes, complete manual work, and review the saved repair result.

Gap repair proposes changes to linked content for an assessed requirement's open gaps. Open Management systems, choose a system and requirement, then read its assessment result before choosing Preview gap repair.

Review the preview before starting

Read Review gap repair. Preparing this preview has not started a repair job.

  1. Check Planned edits, including the affected document, section or timeline event and the proposed change.
  2. Read whether each edit uses AI or updates existing content without AI generation.
  3. Read Actions for your team. These can require an organizational fact, new evidence, a rewrite, or another decision that repair cannot complete.
  4. Choose Confirm repair to start the planned edits, or Close preview to leave without starting them.

Your workspace needs Platform and IMS access. Contributor access to the affected content is required to confirm edits; the relevant document license and available AI credit can also affect whether repair proceeds. Evidence files and folders remain read-only during repair: supply or replace evidence through its project or evidence folder.

If the plan contains only team actions, Sorena says that no repair job will start and Confirm repair is unavailable. Complete the manual work instead. Closing that preview does not mark the gaps resolved.

If the requirement or supporting content changes after previewing, load the current entry and prepare a fresh preview. Reassess changed content before preparing another repair. If a repair was saved but needs review, choose Refresh saved result before requesting another change.

Check Latest fix result

After repair, open Latest fix result and check its date so you know which work you are reviewing.

ResultWhat to do
Facts and sourcesRead the inserted facts and follow available document and cited-source links. Check that each fact applies to your organization.
Organizational input still neededSupply the missing information and replace incomplete text in the document.
Edited sectionsOpen each affected document and read the changes in context.
Remaining manual workComplete each action and review its reason, including evidence uploads or content that needs a person to rewrite it.

Private-source placeholders mean you cannot inspect that detail through your current access. Ask someone with access to review the source; an unavailable detail does not confirm that the work is complete. A result with no recorded edits or manual actions still needs checking against the requirement.

A failed repair can leave some edits saved. Review the affected documents and the latest fix result before retrying. If AI credit ran out, saved edits remain but the repair does not queue reassessment.

Repair can queue a reassessment. Complete the document's review and approval process after editing, then check the latest assessment's effective verdict and current gaps. Reassess again if you changed the content during review. A completed repair does not approve documents or establish that the requirement is met.
