Management systems

Work with management systems

Find a system, review its requirements, and follow work that needs attention.

Management systems organize framework requirements, linked documents and evidence, and assessment results. Your selected workspace needs Platform and IMS access. Workspace administrators manage system structure and request system assessment runs; readers can review requirements and linked content available to them.

Find the system you need

Open Management systems, search by name, and optionally filter by Declared framework. Sort systems offers Saved order, Name, and Last updated. Choose Clear to remove saved filters if the expected system is absent. If a saved filter is invalid, clear or correct it before loading systems.

The overview includes posture and readiness summaries. Open the corresponding system or requirement list to review the entries behind a count. A summary is a starting point for review; inspect the assessment and linked material before acting on it.

Maintain structure and identity

In Structure, open a section to read its guidance and requirements. Review unplaced requirements if entries have no home section. Administrators can use Add section or the section editor to organize the system. Review the effect shown by the editor before deleting a section.

In Frameworks, administrators can choose Add framework to import requirements. Framework order determines the primary framework: use Make primary, Move up, or Move down in a framework's order menu. Open Requirements on a framework card for a filtered register, or Framework to inspect the underlying framework record.

Open the System settings gear to edit the name, short name, or description, then choose Save changes. If another change has been saved since you opened the form, reload the current record and review your draft before trying again.

Delete system removes the system's sections, requirement entries, links, and assessments. Project artifacts and files remain in their projects. Read the confirmation carefully before deleting.

Resolve access and loading problems

Check the workspace first when a saved record cannot be found. Use the page's retry action for a load error. If an action is unavailable, check both your workspace role and access to the projects holding its documents. A workspace administrator role does not by itself replace every project contribution prerequisite.
