Follow management system changes
Read system and requirement history and find a linked document's project activity.
Open Management systems and select the intended system. History helps you check who changed requirements, owners, applicability or linked content and when. It records changes; use the current requirement and document to check their present state.
Read system History
Choose History in the system. Read the newest changes first, grouped by day. Each row shows the event and available person, time and affected-record details. Named labels identify requirements, documents or templates; follow a label when it is a link to inspect that record. A plain label may identify a record without offering access to it.
Read the listed changes, including previous and new values when present. For example, an ownership change can explain why the current owner differs from an earlier report. Use Next and Previous to move through the recorded changes.

Read one requirement's Activity
Open the requirement and choose Activity. This focuses the history on that entry, including its links, assessments and reviews. Follow linked content from the history when you need to compare the recorded action with the current document.
Find linked-artifact history
Open a linked artifact, such as an organizational document, from the requirement and choose Activity in its reader.
- Under Requirement histories, choose the requirement and system you want. This opens that entry's history of links, assessments and reviews.
- Choose View artifact history, when available, for changes recorded in the artifact's project. This requires access to that project; IMS reading access alone does not grant full artifact history.
The same document may support several requirements, so choose the history for the system and entry relevant to your question. See Create documents and collect evidence for reading linked content.
Check refresh and empty-page messages
History could not be refreshed means the last loaded changes may still be shown. Choose Try again and wait for a successful refresh before treating the list as current. An empty later page does not mean all history disappeared: use Previous to return to an earlier page. Check the workspace and record again if access changed while history was open.
