Assessment review and classification
Set status, intended audience, information sensitivity, Autopilot browsing domains, and review dates.
Open the Projects Hub, select the assessment, and choose Settings > Review. Status, classification, and browsing-domain changes require Contributor access or higher in both the workspace and project, with active Platform and Assessment licenses. Saving the review schedule requires the project Owner role.
Set status and classification
Assessment Status describes the assessment as a whole. Choose Draft, In Progress, Under Review, Approved, Needs Update, or Archived to match its current stage. The selection saves immediately; check Current and the success message. This does not change individual question decisions.
Audience records whom the content is intended for: Public, Customer, Partner, Contractor, or Employee. Choose Not set to clear it.
Content Classification records the intended sensitivity level: Public, Internal, Confidential, or Restricted. Choose Not set to clear it. Follow your organization's handling rules when choosing a level.
Audience and classification save as soon as you select them. Wait for the success message before moving on. Closing settings does not undo a saved selection; select another value to correct it. Choosing Public in either field does not grant anonymous access or change project membership. Use project members and sharing to manage readers.
Choose where Autopilot may browse
Domain Access controls the websites Autopilot may browse for this assessment. It does not control who can read the assessment.
- Leave Allow all domains off to restrict browsing. With an empty custom list, Sorena uses the workspace's domains.
- To use a custom list, enter a domain such as
example.comunder Custom allowed domains and choose Add. Enter domains only, without a full web address or page path. Correct any validation message before continuing. - Use the remove control beside a domain to remove it. Removing all custom entries returns to the workspace-domain fallback.
- Select Allow all domains only when the assessment may browse outside the workspace domain list. The custom list becomes unavailable to edit while this is on. Turning it off retains the saved custom list.
- Choose Save domain access and wait for Domain access saved.
Adding or removing an entry only prepares the change; it still needs Save domain access. If saving fails, Sorena restores the saved domain choices. Check them before retrying.

Save the review schedule
You need the project Owner role and Contributor access or higher in the workspace to save these review settings.
- Choose Review Frequency. No Review means no recurring review schedule. The other choices are Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual (every six months), Annual, Biennial (every two years), and Triennial (every three years).
- Set Deadline when the assessment has a target date.
- Set NDA to record whether a non-disclosure agreement has been signed for this assessment. This records a fact; it does not create or sign an agreement.
- Choose Save Review Settings and wait for Review settings saved.
Frequency, deadline, and NDA changes need this save button. If saving fails, reopen the settings and check all three values before retrying; the deadline or NDA choice may have saved even if the schedule did not. Status, audience, classification, and domain access use their separate save behavior above.

Under Review completion, check Last reviewed and Next review. Choose Mark reviewed after checking the current schedule, then confirm the refreshed dates. This records review completion for the schedule; question approval remains a separate decision.
