Assessment settings
Change assessment details, find source and review settings, or delete an assessment.
Open the Projects Hub, select the project and assessment, then choose Settings. Most changes require Contributor access or higher in both the workspace and project, with active Platform and Assessment licenses. Saving the review schedule requires the project Owner role. Wait for processing to finish before changing material used by a run.

Save general details
- Open General and edit Name or Description. The name is required and identifies the assessment in its header, project lists, and links.
- Keep the description concise. Put longer background in Context.
- Choose Save changes and wait for General details saved.
Save edits you want to keep before closing the drawer. Closing it does not save unsaved text. If saving fails, read the message and check the displayed values before trying again.
Delete an assessment
Project Admins and Owners with workspace Contributor access or higher can delete an assessment. Open General > Delete Assessment Artifact. Read the confirmation, type the assessment name, and choose Delete assessment only when you intend to remove it permanently.
Deletion removes the assessment, its items, comments, reviewer assignments, history, and AI analysis data, along with its placements in management systems. Published versions remain as snapshots. There is no undo. If deletion fails, check whether the assessment still exists before retrying.
If controls remain unavailable after processing finishes, ask a project administrator to check your role and the workspace's licenses.
