Manage project files
Organize Drive folders, review file details, download material, and remove files safely.
Open Projects Hub, choose the project, and open Drive. Check the project name before changing files. Viewing and downloading require project access and the workspace's Platform feature. Renaming, moving, and deleting also require Contributor access or higher in both the workspace and project.
Search and filter files
Search by file name. On larger screens, use Security, Data classification, and Processing status to narrow the list. On a phone, open Filters, choose the values, then apply them. Classification filters find files with the selected classification; choosing a classification does not change a file's access permissions.
Select Recursive on larger screens to include nested folders. Clear it to return to the current folder scope. Remove an individual filter chip to broaden one part of the search, or choose Clear filters (Clear on a phone) to reset search, classification and status filters, recursive scope, and sorting.
The result badge and displayed-item count describe the rows currently shown. The folder or Drive summary describes its stated scope; the project file and size totals beside Drive cover the whole project. A category breakdown can be labeled an incomplete sample. Do not read the displayed-row count or a sampled category count as the project's total number of files.

Create folders and move files
- Open the folder that should contain the new folder and choose New Folder.
- Give it a name that your team will recognize, then confirm.
- To reorganize an existing item, open its actions menu, or right-click it on desktop, and choose Move to....
- Select a different destination folder and choose Move here. The current folder and a folder being moved cannot be selected as destinations.
- Open the destination and check that the item appears there.
Use Rename from the same menu to change a file or folder name. Use the breadcrumb path to return to a parent folder. Select several rows when you need to move or download a group together; check the selection before applying an action.

Review a file
Select a file name or choose Preview. Start with Content to check the extracted text. Status shows status information extracted from the document. Check upload and processing state in the Drive row or queue. See file details and extracted information for all eight preview tabs and the full-file view.
Choose Open Full View to open the file in its project context in a new tab. If it cannot open, retry from the preview and check whether someone moved or removed the file. Ask a project admin to check access if a colleague can still open it.
Send a link or download a copy
Choose Copy link in the preview to send a colleague a link to the file in the project. The recipient still needs to sign in and have project access. Copying the link does not publish the file or grant access.
Use Download Original for the uploaded file. Use Download as Markdown for its extracted text when available. A disabled Markdown download can mean extracted content is unavailable; check processing status before trying again. The Drive download menu also offers downloads for selected files and ZIP downloads. Check the selected files and format before starting a large download.
Downloaded copies leave Sorena's project access controls. Store and share them according to your team's rules.
Delete files or folders
Open the item's menu and choose Delete, or select rows and use Delete in the toolbar. Check every selected item in the confirmation before confirming.
Deletion permanently removes the items from the project Drive. Deleting a folder also removes its contents. There is no undo or trash restore in this flow. Download anything your team must keep before deleting it, and cancel the confirmation if the selection is wrong.
