Workspace settings and risk policies

Update workspace details, email domains, risk appetite, and review rules.

Open Workspace > General. Members can read the information available to them. Workspace admins and owners can edit it.

Change workspace details and domains

  1. Select Edit beside the workspace name.
  2. Update the name or description.
  3. To add a domain, enter the domain name under Domains and select Add. Enter, comma, space, and Tab also add the typed domain. Remove a domain with its remove button.
  4. Select Save, then check the displayed details. Select Cancel to discard your edits.

You can also start domain editing with Add Domain or Edit Domains. Domains are email domains associated with the workspace. Configure sign-in provider domain restrictions separately under Workspace > Authentication; see the SSO guide.

General also shows member counts, dates, and available workspace limits. If details fail to load, return to Workspace and use Retry before making changes.

Set risk appetite

Under Risk appetite, select Edit. Choose Maximum tolerated severity, enter a Statement, and add Assessment guidance for people assessing risks. Choose Unconfigured when no maximum severity should be set. Select Save and check the saved summary, or Cancel to restore the previous values.

Set risk review policy

Under Risk review policy, select Edit. Set the Due-soon window in days. For each severity, choose a review Cadence, set Escalate after, and decide whether to Notify owner on breach.

The checkboxes Include review cadence updates and Include escalation rule updates control which groups of changes you submit. Check the groups you intend to change, then select Save. The summary shows saved cadences and escalation rules. Cancel discards policy edits.

If a policy is unavailable or fails to save, read the message before retrying. Confirm your workspace and admin or owner role if editing controls are missing.
