Teams

Team members and activity

Find team members, manage their roles, and inspect team activity.

Open Teams, select the team, and find Team Members. Search by name or email, filter by role, toggle Active Only, or change the number of items per page. Clear filters if someone is missing.

Team admins and owners can manage members. The actions and target roles offered also depend on the current member's role. A workspace role alone does not establish that you can edit a particular team.

Find a team member, check their role, or add an existing workspace user. Example data.

Add a workspace user

Select Add User, find the person, choose an allowed team role, and submit the dialog. Check the success message and member list. If the person is not yet a workspace member, ask a workspace admin or owner to invite them first.

Change a role or remove a member

Use the member's role selector to choose an allowed role. The change saves when you select it; wait for the result before changing it again. Team admins can assign Admin, Contributor, or Reader but cannot change or remove an owner. Owners can also assign Owner. Ask an owner if the needed change is unavailable.

Use the member's remove action to remove them from the team. Check the named person in the confirmation before continuing. Removing team membership can remove access the person received through the team; other direct or workspace grants may still apply. If you previously chose to skip this confirmation, the removal may run immediately.

Read team activity

The activity panel below the member list shows the team's available history. Use its filters and refresh control to inspect the changes you need. For broader project and management-system history, use Activity.

If the team fails to load, use Back to Teams, confirm the workspace, and reopen it. If a membership change fails, read the message and check the current member list before retrying.
