Teams

Find a team, create one, and understand team access.

Open Teams after selecting your workspace. Teams requires the Platform license. Search by name, choose Grid view or List view, and use Previous and Next for more results.

My Teams includes direct memberships and teams shared with the workspace. Role badges show your effective access, including workspace sharing. Select an owner chip to see contact information, or open a team to inspect its members and activity.

Create a team

Workspace contributors, admins, and owners can select Create Team.

  1. Enter the team name and description. Both are required when creating the team.
  2. Optionally find workspace users under Invite Members, choose their role, and add each person to the pending list.
  3. Check the pending list and remove anyone added by mistake.
  4. Select Create Team and check the result.

The team and its member additions are separate steps. If a member could not be added, open the created team and check its member list before trying again. To bring someone into the workspace first, use workspace invitations.

Manage an existing team

Use Team members and activity to add people, change roles, or remove a membership. Use Team settings and sharing to edit the team, change workspace access, or delete it.

If no teams appear, clear the search and turn off My Teams. Confirm the workspace, then ask a team owner to check access. If the list fails to load, select Retry.
