Artifacts and templates

Find artifacts and their content

Search project work across the workspace and open the matching item, section, or event.

Open Artifacts to browse assessments, contracts, organizational documents, and timelines across the selected workspace. Platform access is required. Results reflect the project work you can access.

Find a whole artifact

  1. Check the selected workspace, then open Artifacts.
  2. Enter a search term and narrow the list by artifact type, status, or project as needed.
  3. Use the sort and view controls to compare results. Open an artifact to continue in its project.
  4. If the list is scoped to one project, choose Show all projects to broaden it.

Advanced filters let you narrow the supported artifact fields. Workspaces with IMS access also have management-system linking and domain filters. Clear filters when you want to return to the broad list, especially after opening a saved link.

Find a section, item, or event

Choose Explore content from Artifacts to open Artifact content. The explorer searches inside accessible artifacts, including sections, assessment items, and timeline events. Dashboard quality metrics may open this explorer with filters already applied.

  1. Review the current search and filter chips.
  2. Narrow by the relevant content family and supported fields. Type-specific filters apply to their content family.
  3. Read the result's match context, then open it to continue at the matching content.
  4. Refine your search if the results reach their display window. More specific terms or project filters can reveal the item you need.

Fix an empty or unavailable result list

No matching content means the current search and filters found no results. Broaden the search or choose Clear filters. No artifact content yet means accessible artifacts do not yet contain the items searched here; use Browse artifacts to inspect whole artifacts.

If a saved link contains invalid filters, use Reset content filters. Loading stays paused until those filters are reset. When a transient load fails, Retry preserves your search. An access-related unavailable state needs an accessible workspace or scope, or restored access.

If the page reports Results could not be refreshed, it is showing the last successfully loaded page. Retry before relying on the list as current. Using keyword search means semantic search is temporarily unavailable and the displayed results still match your words.
