Feedback activity

Open Help in Sorena and choose My Feedback. Use Feedback activity below the list for changes across requests you can access. Open a request and find Activity for that request's history, including replies, attachments, status and sharing changes.

Narrow the historyCopy Anchor Link

Choose an event type to focus on the kind of change you need. Use Newest first for recent changes or Oldest first to follow the sequence from the beginning.

Set From and To to limit the dates. Dates cover whole days in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), which may differ from your local calendar day. The From date must be on or before the To date. Correct an invalid range before activity can load.

In the combined Feedback activity view, open Filter by person or feedback to select a person or a request. In a single request, open Narrow activity for people, order and dates.

People choices come from activity already loaded on the page. A missing name does not prove that person made no changes. Load more activity or widen the filters to find more people. Once selected, filters apply across the history, including records that have not yet been loaded.

Combined history does not include request links on individual events. Select a request in the feedback filter to show its history and open it from an activity link. Use the request list if you need to search for the request first.

Load more or recover missing resultsCopy Anchor Link

Choose Load more activity while it is available to retrieve older or later records in the selected order. The visible records may be only part of the matching history.

If no records match, widen the dates or remove filters. A single request offers Clear filters; in combined history, return the person, request and event choices to all items and clear the dates. If activity could not load or update, choose Retry. Existing records can remain visible while a later page or update fails.
