Share a support request

Give a person, team or workspace access to a request and review existing access.

Open Help in Sorena, choose My Feedback, and open the request. Choose Share, or More actions > Share on a small screen. Anyone given access can see the report and its attachments, so review their contents first.

Copying a request's link does not grant access. The sharing dialog applies to this request, rather than every request in the workspace.

Share with a person or team

Only an Owner on the request can add, change or remove direct user and team shares. An Admin on the request can manage workspace sharing when their workspace access also permits it. A workspace role alone does not grant every sharing control.

  1. In Share Feedback, choose User or Team under Add access.
  2. Search for the workspace member or team and select the matching result.
  3. Choose the access they need, then choose Add User or Add Team.
  4. Check People and teams with access to confirm the recipient and role.

Direct shares do not offer Owner. A team share gives the selected role to that team's members.

Owner entries cannot be changed or removed in this list. To change an existing grant, find the person or team under People and teams with access and select a different role. Wait for the update before closing the dialog. To remove it, use the recipient's remove control, then choose Remove access in the confirmation. Keep access cancels removal.

Removing one grant may leave access through another team or workspace sharing. Review those routes before assuming the person can no longer open the request.

Set workspace sharing

Workspace Sharing sets a default role for all members of the workspace. You need Owner or Admin access on the request and enough workspace access to open and manage these settings. The available role cannot exceed either your request role or your workspace role.

  1. Review Default Role for Workspace Members.
  2. Choose the role everyone in the workspace should receive. Choose None to disable workspace-wide sharing.
  3. Choose Save to apply the change. Reset discards the unsaved selection and restores the saved setting.
  4. Check the saved setting before closing the dialog.

Workspace sharing has its own Save control. Adding a direct share does not save a pending workspace selection. Setting None does not remove separate user or team grants.

Check feedback activity when you need to see who changed access and when.
